As the fire risk involved in cleanroom support facilities are high the client required a early smoke detection system for their switch rooms. We have designed, supplied, tested and commissioned VESDA smoke detectors to the switch rooms. With its early detection capability it gives the client peace of mind.
With the plant aging it was required to upgrade the fire alarm system to a latest one as old parts became obsolete. With our technical expertise we was able to upgrade the fire alarm system to a latest one. Upgrading the panels for 4 building without downtime was a challenge that we had to overcome in this project.

We designed, tested and commissioned a VESDA system for W3cleanroom which consists of 3 networks, 1 graphics station and 90 detectors.

ams opened a new plant at Tampines which includes cleanroom equipment and a facility for VCSEL and sensor manufacturing. We supplied, tested and commissioned addressable fire alarm system, VESDA system, FM200 system and firetrace system for chemical dispensing cabinets. As we supplied all the systems we was able to ensure all the systems are able to work together. It also made the installation easier for the installer/system integrator as all the systems was designed and supplied by us.
